What we expect
Insurance.
Minimum $1M general liability, current at all times. We verify the certificate and the expiry date, and lapsed coverage pauses dispatch until it's renewed.
Certification for the trade.
WSIB clearance where the trade requires it, Working at Heights for above-grade work, WHMIS where chemicals are handled, and licensing for anything electrical, plumbing or gas.
Show up, do it right, photograph it.
Photos on every job are how the agent sees the work and how disputes stay short. Punctuality is scored because in this business a missed morning breaks a whole sequence.
